Designing a Cohesive Brand Experience for Dexup

Designed and implemented Dexup’s end-to-end branding system by translating business needs into a clear and scalable visual language. Collaborated with external agencies to define brand foundations, and extended them across communication assets including presentations, brochures, social media, and on-ground experiences. Led the creation of templates, guidelines, and training materials to enable consistent adoption across sales and internal teams. Drove brand visibility through cohesive digital and physical touchpoints, including expo booth design, while ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across all outputs.

Dexup is a healthcare solutions company specializing in medical equipment and infrastructure services. As the organization expanded its offerings and market presence, it lacked a defined brand identity and a consistent approach to communication across sales, marketing, training, and customer-facing materials.

To address this, a comprehensive branding initiative was undertaken to establish a recognizable visual identity and create a scalable design system that could be adopted across teams and touchpoints. The objective was to build a cohesive brand presence that would improve communication clarity, strengthen brand recall, and support business growth through consistent customer experiences.

As the lead designer for this initiative, I was responsible for translating Dexup’s brand vision into a scalable and consistent design ecosystem. My role spanned branding implementation, communication design, team enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaborating with external branding agencies and internal stakeholders to establish and implement the brand identity


  • Creating and maintaining a consistent design language across presentations, brochures, social media, videos, ID cards, communication templates, and event materials


  • Designing marketing, sales, and training assets to support business development and customer engagement


  • Developing brand guidelines, reusable templates, and design standards to ensure consistency across teams


  • Designing and executing branding for medical exhibitions and booth experiences to strengthen on-ground brand visibility


  • Working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align design outputs with business objectives


  • Training and enabling internal teams to effectively adopt and apply brand assets and communication standards

Reflection

This project strengthened my ability to think beyond individual deliverables and focus on creating scalable design systems. While the visual identity established the foundation, the real challenge was driving adoption across teams and touchpoints.

It reinforced the importance of collaboration, education, and governance in ensuring long-term consistency. The experience demonstrated how design can create clarity, improve communication, and contribute to stronger brand recognition as organizations grow.
